We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our gym sales team, drive membership growth, and achieve business targets.

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula

Experience: 3–5 years in sales; fitness or hospitality industry experience preferred

Salary: Attractive package + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive gym membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.
- Manage leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and membership base.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve member retention.




- Train sales executives in communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure accountability for targets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to manage customer enquiries and convert leads into memberships.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
