We’re Hiring: Sales Manager / Executive, Programmatic Advertising | Bangalore (Remote)

PerformAce Media is growing, and we’re looking for a digital ad sales skilled who knows how to open doors and close deals.

Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Experience: 3-10 years

Type: Full-time

What you’ll do

- Drive new business by prospecting top digital agencies and direct advertisers
- Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach and meetings to negotiation and closing
- Use your network to meet media planners, buyers and digital heads
- Pitch our programmatic advertising solutions as the answer to client KPIs and marketing challenges
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor moves

You bring

3-10 years in digital advertising sales (agency background preferred; publisher or ad network experience is welcome too)





Real understanding of programmatic advertising, including how it works and why it matters to clients A strong network of industry contacts, especially in South India A self-starter attitude: you create leads instead of waiting for them A Bachelor’s degree (an MBA is a plus)
