About the Company

AKD Advanced Materials, an initiative of the AKD Group, is expanding its business in metals, alloys, critical and strategic materials, industrial raw materials, and metal scrap.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager who can independently develop new business opportunities, establish strong industrial customer relationships, and deliver profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach and acquire new B2B customers across India.
- Develop business in copper, aluminium, zinc, nickel, titanium, tungsten, cobalt, specialty alloys, industrial raw materials and metal scrap.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, foundries, recyclers, traders and industrial buyers.
- Generate enquiries, prepare commercial offers, negotiate prices and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline with regular reporting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, logistics and finance teams for successful order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, commodity pricing and customer requirements.
- Manage payment terms, outstanding collections and customer retention.
- Travel for customer meetings,



industrial visits and business development.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 67 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Prior experience in metals, non-ferrous metals, ferroalloys, specialty alloys, industrial raw materials or scrap is strongly preferred.
- Established industry relationships and an existing customer network will be an advantage.
- Solid negotiation, commercial understanding and business development skills.
- Ability to independently handle customer acquisition and key accounts.
- Good communication, reporting and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across India preferred.
