Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key partners, and identifying recent market opportunities for sarees and related products.



The role involves regular coordination with production and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with product availability and promotional activities.

The Sales

Manager will also analyze sales data, prepare reports, and ensure a customer-centric approach that reflects the company’s focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, set goals, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in client management, negotiation, and customer service.
- Team leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and coordination of sales staff.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with textiles or fashion retail, especially ethnic wear, is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales-tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
