The Sales Manager – Credit Card is responsible for driving Credit Card acquisition, managing sales channels, building customer relationships, and achieving business targets. The role focuses on customer acquisition through open market sourcing, corporate engagements, branch referrals, and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Drive Credit Card sales and acquisition to achieve assigned business targets.
- Source new customers through open market activities, corporate relationships, referrals, and branch leads.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Promote Credit Card products and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of customer onboarding, documentation, and application processing.




- Monitor sales productivity and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Credit Card Sales, CASA Sales, Retail Banking, Personal Loans, or Financial Services sales preferred.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
