Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales targets through lead generation, prospecting and client acquisition.
- Sell sustainable food packaging products to cafés, QSRs, food brands, distributors and corporate clients.
- Lead, mentor and monitor a team of Sales Executives.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking and market research.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and accounts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends and pricing strategies.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and trade forums.





Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food packaging, FMCG packaging or allied manufacturing.
- Good understanding of sustainable packaging products and customer requirements.
- Proven experience in sales team management and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Robust ownership, time management and execution skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales dashboards will be an advantage.
