Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Additional Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Generate personal loan business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Acquire new customers through field sales and market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Follow up on leads and assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.




- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
- Good communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills are required.
