: Sales Manager – AI Products

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager (AI Products) to lead our business expansion and customer engagement strategies. In this role, you will drive the B2B commercial success of our cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence product portfolio , including AI Interviewer Platforms, AI Bot Calls, Conversational AI Chatbots, AI-based Data Annotation tools, and autonomous AI Agents.

The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS or IT product sales, with a sharp focus on pipeline building, consultative selling to enterprise stakeholders, and executing data-driven competitive pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

- Build and expand a robust B2B sales pipeline from scratch via targeted outbound campaigns, account-based marketing, and strategic networking.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle , from initial lead qualification and running discovery sessions to proposal drafting, legal/security alignment, and final contract closure.
- Maintain flawless CRM hygiene to generate accurate pipeline forecasts and tracking reports.

Customer Engagement & Product Evangelism

- Lead consultative client discoveries to deeply understand enterprise workflows, digital transformation objectives, and technical automation opportunities.
- Deliver high-impact, custom product demonstrations showcasing the business value and ROI of our Conversational AI, Voice Bots, and data annotation systems.
- Act as the strategic partner for C-level executives, founders, and technical buyers (CTOs/CIOs),



ensuring high retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell avenues.

Competitive Analysis & Strategic Pricing

- Actively monitor the AI landscape to perform deep-dive competitor product analysis and pricing reviews .
- Formulate agile and competitive pricing structures (SaaS licenses, usage-based, or volume-tier tokens) that counter market threats while preserving healthy product margins.
- Package custom commercial offers, business cases, and ROI models tailored to client budgets and market dynamics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Solution Architects to orchestrate seamless Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and map client requests to internal product Roadmaps.
- Co-work with implementation and Customer Success teams to guarantee successful client onboarding and onboarding health tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Educational Background: MBA's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing.
- Experience: 6–8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 4+ years explicitly selling high-tech products like AI/ML systems, enterprise conversational tools, SaaS, or advanced automation software .
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable discussing the real-world utility of LLMs, voice/speech recognition (STT/TTS), data labeling workflows, and API integrations with enterprise clients.
- Pricing Expertise: Proven capability in building corporate commercials and navigating agile pricing architectures built around AI compute or software value.
- Soft Skills: Top-tier negotiation, consultative closing, and executive presentation capabilities.
