Role & responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage the RM team to achieve AUM and revenue targets.
- Drive sales conversions, pipeline reviews, and daily performance tracking.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor team productivity, P&L;, incentives, and lead allocation.
- Drive lead reactivation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Handle senior-level client escalations and strategic HNI closures.




- Maintain CRM discipline and ensure compliance with SEBI norms.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Broking, or AMC Distribution.
- Minimum 4 years of direct sales team leadership experience.
- Active and verifiable NISM Series XXI-A (Portfolio Managers Examination) certification.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, and Structured Products.
- Proven track record of achieving team AUM/revenue targets and managing HNI clients.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Positive to Have: CFA, CFP, or experience in lead reactivation and sales enablement tools.
