Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Energetic and customer-focused Sales Lead EV Charging Solutions to drive the growth of our EV charging business across region and responsible for developing both B2B and B2C business, delivering sales targets & ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experiencefrom enquiry to installation and after-sales support.

Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for AC and DC EV charging solutions across B2B and B2C segments, Develop and manage business with channel partners, dealers, builders, fleet operators, corporates, OEMs, RWAs, CPOs & individual EV owners.

Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence across the state and East region, Ensure seamless customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle, including enquiry handling, proposal submission, order closure, installation coordination, commissioning & after-sales support.

Coordinate closely with service, operations, logistics,



and technical teams to ensure timely installations and high customer satisfaction, Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

Track sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and market intelligence to drive business growth, Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and promotional activities to enhance market awareness, Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.

NOTE - Candidate Qualifications and Experience 1. Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

1. Must be 5-9 years of experience in sales - in EV charging, electrical products, & automotive products
2. Experience in managing both B2B and B2C sales.
3. Understanding of channel sales and customer relationship management.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
