About the Role

Mishka Jewels is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in jewellery and customer service. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead management, customer engagement, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Manage incoming customer enquiries and maintain an organized record of leads.
- Lead Follow-ups: Contact potential customers through calls and messages to share product information and encourage store visits.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and coordinating customer appointments and follow-up visits.
- In-store Sales Support: Welcome walk-in customers, showcase jewellery collections, explain product features, and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
- Sales Conversion:



Support the sales team in converting enquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily records of leads, customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities.
- Stock and Cash Reporting: Assist with daily stock audits and maintain accurate cash and gold-related reports as instructed.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a professional, welcoming, and personalized experience for every customer.

Skills and Requirements

- Minimum educational qualification: 10th standard pass.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and record-keeping is an advantage.
- A friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and jewellery product knowledge.
