About RenterFinder
RenterFinder.com is India's first rental-only platform, live in Bangalore. Renters post what they need, landlords browse the Renters' List and reach out to people who fit, and every chat is AI and human moderated. No brokers. We're a small, founder-led team, and you'll work directly with the founder.
The role (remote, 3 months, 2 hours a day)
This is a real sales internship, not a sit-around one.
- Call property owners and renters every day: pitch, follow up, and set up flat visits
- Hit a daily call number, and log every call and its outcome
- Review your call recordings with the founder and apply the feedback
- Help close RenterFinder's first deals
Time commitment
2 hours every day at a fixed time you choose: any 2-hour block that ends by 8 PM IST. You keep that slot every day.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English and Hindi. Kannada is a big plus
- College students welcome
- A quiet place to call from, a phone or laptop, and secure internet
Terms
Unpaid, 3 months. A certificate and a letter of recommendation when you complete it. If it goes well, it can turn into something more.

Record a 60-second voice note: who you are, why sales, and a short pitch of RenterFinder to a landlord, in your own words. Add a Google Drive link to it in your application (anyone with the link can view), or email it to

The interview is a short chat plus a few live sales calls.
