THE ROLE

You'll make sure the sales floor runs without friction, every single day. You'll lead a team of 10+ Hair Coaches (Sales and Customer Care), growing to 20, and report directly to the founders. You'll take over day-to-day sales management so the founders can focus on growing the business.

This is a player-coach role. Your job isn't to sit and review reports – it's to run huddles, listen to calls, coach in real time, handle escalations yourself and hit revenue targets every week. If you like being on the floor, in the data and on calls, this is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the team's weekly and monthly targets: orders, revenue and conversion rate
- Run daily morning huddles and real-time coaching on the floor
- Listen to calls daily and give every coach clear, specific feedback
- Handle high-value escalations and close difficult leads yourself
- Run TeleCRM end-to-end: lead stages, follow-ups, workflows and data hygiene – no lead leakage, no missed follow-ups
- Improve call scripts based on what's actually working
- Make sure every call follows Hellovedic's communication rules – no wrong promises, no pressure selling
- Act as assessor in Hellovedic Academy:



score the practice and live calls of new joinees and give the final sign-off for certification
- Spot weak performers early and fix it with explicit improvement plans
- Send the founders a weekly report: numbers, bottlenecks and next steps – numbers, not opinions
- Support hiring and onboarding of new Hair Coaches

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–5 years in inside sales or telesales, ideally in D2C, health, wellness or personal care
- Proven record leading a calling team of 5+ and hitting monthly targets
- CRM power user – you've built workflows and dashboards, not just logged calls
- Fluent Malayalam (essential); Hindi or Tamil is a strong plus
- Metrics-first: you know your best conversion rate and exactly how you achieved it
- Fair, direct and respected by a team
- Bonus: WhatsApp-based sales funnels, Shopify or consultation-led selling

TRAINING In your first week you'll complete the Hellovedic Academy Foundation course, so you know exactly what your team is trained and tested on. Salary starts from day one.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
