- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive business development by acquiring recent customers across infrastructure, industrial, EPC, construction, power, steel, cement, refinery, and oil & gas sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales pipelines, and review team performance.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and rental agreements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business presentations.
