Job Details

- Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate

- Preferred Experience: 6 months to 3 years in the real estate industry
- Qualification: MBA in Marketing
- Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads to generate qualified prospects and convert them into site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial property options.
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits with potential buyers.
- Follow up with clients consistently to drive conversions and close deals within timelines.
- Maintain accurate client information, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.





Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of real estate sales experience will be preferred.
- MBA in Marketing is the preferred qualification.
