Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position involves identifying and nurturing prospective learners and partners, conducting outbound and inbound sales activities, and presenting zeitnah academy’s programs and services to potential clients.

The Sales

Executive will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, conduct meetings and product demonstrations, and negotiate and close enrollments or contracts. The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with client needs,



and providing ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build long-term relationships.
- Basic proficiency in CRM or sales management tools, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset, with skills in needs analysis, problem-solving, and handling objections in a professional manner.
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or service-based industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an in office, rapid-paced environment in Kozhikode, with readiness to meet performance targets.
