Position: Sales Executive (Telesales)

Hiring: Freshers & Experienced

Languages Required

Salary:
- Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC
- Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility:

- Freshers: Graduation Mandatory
- Experienced: Undergraduates can also apply
- Job Role: Insurance Sales / Telesales

Key Responsibilities :

- Calling prospective clients.
- Explaining Star Health insurance policies and benefits in detail.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Ensure smooth policy issuance and payment collection.
- Maintain client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.





Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience/Fresher & Graduate both are eligible.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in field sales/client-facing roles are only eligible (Minimum 6 months of on paper experience is required).
- Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
- Presentable and confident in customer interactions.
