Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting international freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.

Generate leads and acquire new customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and client visits.

Promote services including sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide updates on sales activities.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and revenue goals.





Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.

Fluent in English, Hindi (other Indian languages will be advantage).

Strong knowledge of domestic and international freight forwarding processes and shipping terms.

Existing customer network in logistics/shipping is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
