Square Foot Investor is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Haldwani. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
? Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and manage incoming leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct property and site visits.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Convert potential leads into sales and achieve sales targets.
- ? Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales,
negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to follow up with clients and work towards targets.
- Interest in real estate and property sales will be an advantage.
