Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them with their shopping requirements. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, quality, pricing and offers.
Maintain attractive product displays and proper store presentation. Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service. Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain product stock, shelf arrangement and store cleanliness. Handle customer queries professionally. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
