Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing recent sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and achieving organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging the existing customer base. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.

Prepare and present sales reports and attend regular sales review meetings. Visit customers for sales discussions. Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer complaints and objections professionally.





Collaborate with team members to maximise results and achieve targets. Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.

Requirements: Education: A diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a related role;

experience in the IT hardware industry is an advantage.

Skills: Basic (Elementary) in English. Proficiency in the local language; knowledge of Hindi is must. Hands-on working on a computer, familiarity with MS Office. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. Robust understanding of sales planning and negotiation techniques. Selling, follow-up and closing techniques.

Personal Attributes: Quick learner with a passion for sales. Self-motivated and results-driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
