Sales Executive (Project)

- Site Combing for the purpose of lead generation.

- Data Collection and updation.

- Carpenter visits.

- Other Influencer visits (Engineer/ Contractor/ Interior Designer etc.)

- Provide Market Feedback to the Company regularly.

- Assist in implementing local promotion activity.

- Achieve individual secondary sales and collection targets.

- To ensure service and supplies to ongoing sites.

- To handle complaints, if any.

Key Performance Indicators

- Achievement of individual secondary sales targets.

- Quantity and Quality of Lead generation.

- Conversion ratio of leads identified (both quality and quantity)

- Identification and addition of Influencers to the Company Business rolls.

- Regular and diligent observance of the CRM reporting system.
