Job Overview

PerformX100 is seeking a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and customer outreach.
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups, negotiate with clients, and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
