Sales Executive (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional (female only) to handle sales of our offline and online training courses for ladies.

Responsiblities and Duties

- Handling inbound in-situ, telephonic, WhatsApp-based, e-mail & social media-based queries of potential customers.
- Enable conversion of inbound potential customers.
- Undertake outbound campaigns through mass-mailing, call-back & follow-ups.
- Undertake lead generation and lead-mining through innovative use of social media platforms.
- Maintain relevant databases and generate MIS as required for analysis.

Required Experience and Qualifications




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Good presentation and networking skills.
- Ability to listen, empathize and analyze.
- Good problem-solving and people skills.
- Enthusiasm to achieve the organizations targets.
- Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its product & services.
- Previous experience in Education sector / Ed Tech sector sales preferred.
