Sales Executive, Maternity & Newborn Photography | Neonate Photography

Location: Faridabad Full-time, 6 days a week · Reports to: Operations Head

Neonate Photography is a premium maternity and newborn studio with 3 studios across Delhi-NCR and the Tricity. We get a steady flow of leads from Instagram and Meta ads. Your job is to turn those inquiries into confirmed shoots.

What you will do

- Reply to new leads on WhatsApp and Instagram within 15 minutes during working hours
- Call every inquiry and understand the shoot (maternity, newborn, milestone), the due date and the budget
- Explain packages and pricing clearly, and handle objections like “too expensive” or “will think”
- Follow up on every lead until it is booked or marked lost, and record each step in the CRM
- Collect the booking advance and confirm the shoot date with the studio team
- Re-contact past clients for milestone shoots (3, 6, 11 months, birthday)
- Share a daily report: leads handled, calls made, bookings closed





Who we are looking for

- 1–3 years in sales, preferably in photography, wedding, baby products, healthcare or any service sold over calls
- Fluent Hindi, good English; warm and patient, since our clients are expecting or new parents
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and a CRM
- Self-driven, follows up without being reminded, and handles rejection well
- Freshers with robust communication and a good trial task are welcome
