Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for managing and growing sales through both online channels and offline retail partners, including daily coordination with retailers and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, presenting product features and benefits, handling inquiries, and closing sales. The role involves tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions,



and supporting promotional activities or in-store events.

The Sales

Executive will also collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in retail, footwear, fashion, or related consumer products is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly and confidently.
- Basic proficiency in using sales or CRM tools, and comfort with online platforms and digital communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets consistently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or peak seasons, as required by store and customer demand.
