Field Sales Executive – Technical & Project Sales

Candidates can be based in any of these locations. The role involves field sales and business development in the assigned territory, including regular customer visits, project-site meetings and sales follow-ups.

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop new business and strengthen customer relationships across our technical, industrial and building-services product range.

If you have experience selling HVAC products, pumps, valves, plumbing, electrical products, fire-fighting products, building materials or industrial products, we would like to hear from you. Experience in any one relevant product category is sufficient.

What you’ll do

- Identify new customers and project opportunities through regular market visits, site visits and industry networking.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, industries, OEMs, institutions and purchase teams.
- Understand customer requirements, collect enquiries and BOQs, and coordinate with our team on suitable products and quotations.
- Follow up on offers, negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into orders.




- Develop existing accounts through regular contact, repeat business and additional product opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, availability, billing, dispatch and customer commitments.
- Maintain visit reports, enquiry records and a explicit sales pipeline while working towards agreed targets.

The role is based in Chandigarh / Tricity, with travel to assigned markets across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and nearby areas.

What we’re looking for

- Preferably 2–6 years of B2B field sales, project sales or technical sales experience.
- Confidence in approaching customers and independently developing business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn technical products and understand basic specifications.
- Comfort with regular customer visits and regional travel.
- An engineering diploma or degree is an advantage; candidates with other qualifications and relevant sales experience are welcome.
