Role Overview

We are looking for a Academic Counsellor with 2–3 years of experience selling online courses and generating leads. The candidate will manage the sales process from identifying potential learners and understanding their needs to recommending suitable courses and closing enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, email outreach, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Connect with prospective learners to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course content, benefits, pricing, and enrollment options clearly.
- Convert inbound and self-generated leads into paid enrollments through timely follow-ups and effective objection handling.
- Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up activities,



and sales status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Track and report lead generation, conversion rates, enrollments, and revenue.

Required Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of sales experience in online courses, EdTech, training, or professional certification programs.
- Proven experience independently generating leads and converting them into enrollments.
- Track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets.
- Solid communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
- Ability to build trust with prospective learners and work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
