Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Power, EPC, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, customer visits and industry events.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, consultants and EPC companies.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Pre-Sales/Technical Team for product demonstrations and technical discussions.

- Prepare and submit commercial proposals and follow up with customers.

- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

- Maintain regular updates on customer interactions, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM.

- Track market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.





- Conduct regular customer visits across Delhi/NCR and nearby regions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/MBA with 25 years of B2B sales experience.

- Experience in selling Engineering Software, Industrial Solutions, Digital Solutions, SaaS or Technical Products will be an advantage.

- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel for customer meetings.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
