Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidates should have strong communication, client-handling, negotiation, and sales skills. Candidates with experience in hospitality, catering, banquets, or event management will be preferred.

This is an active, client-facing role and not a desk job. Candidates must be comfortable meeting clients, generating leads, visiting venues when required, and converting inquiries into confirmed business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Generate new leads through networking, telecalling, referrals, and local marketing.
- Meet clients to understand event requirements, including dates, venues, guest counts, and dietary preferences.
- Recommend suitable catering menus and packages based on client needs.
- Prepare customised quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.




- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for menu finalisation, logistics, and event execution.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships with existing customers and event planners.
- Maintain client databases, sales records, and follow-up schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; BHM preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or client servicing, preferably in hospitality, catering, banquets, or events.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to work in an active, client-facing role.

Salary & Benefits
