We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the right products, driving daily sales, and delivering an exceptional overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Welcome incoming customers warmly, assist them in understanding product features, and recommend items based on their preferences and needs.

Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed daily/monthly individual and store sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upsell/cross-sell techniques.

Store

Maintenance & Display: Ensure products are properly displayed, fully stocked, organized, and neatly presented on shelves and display cabinets.

Inventory Management: Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, tagging/labeling prices, and reporting low-stock items to management. Billing & Checkout: Handle point-of-sale (POS)



cash and card transactions accurately when required.

Customer Feedback: Address customer queries, handle complaints professionally, and relay constructive feedback to store management.

Key Qualifications &

Skills Education: High school diploma, Higher Secondary Certificate (12th pass), or Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or showroom sales (Freshers with solid communication skills are also welcome).

Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages (Marathi / Hindi).

Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, confident demeanor with a customer-first mindset and active listening skills.

Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer usage or POS billing systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
