- Driving the Growth of Rishta Points of Last Year Silver & Gold Users
- Addition of New Silver & Gold Users in Territory
- Driving Contractor Scheme through Enrolment, Mason Team Mapping & Points Follow Ups
- Improving the Premium Products Scan Share at User & Territory Level




- New Rishta Users Enrolment & Verifications (New & Existing)
- Resolving Rishta related Users issue
- Increasing the Count of Active Rishta Users at Territory Level
- Engagement with Zero Scans Rishta Masons
- Engagement with B/C Class Archi/Eng./Interior Designers Generating Product Approvals at Site level Driving Architect Schemes
- Promotional Meets Execution & Follow Ups with Attendees
- Product Placement Drive, Product Display Drive
