Job Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide excellent service, achieve sales targets, and ensure a pleasant showroom shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities : Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements. Explain product designs, quality, purity, pricing, and offers. Assist customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery products.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards. Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth sales transactions.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on jewellery trends. Follow company policies, customer service standards, and showroom procedures.
