? We're Hiring – ASM/ Sr. Sales Executive/ Sales Executive ?

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Professionals with experience in the Wood Adhesives, Laminates, Edge Banding and Laminates industry to strengthen our growing team.

? Locations: Mumbai, Kerala, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai.

? Experience: 5–10 Years

? Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Sc./B.E. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred)

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for wood glues, edge bands, plywood, and laminates in the West & South region.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management,



highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and market dynamics to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience of 1 to 5 years in sales roles within the wood products industry, preferably in wood glues, edge bands, plywood, and laminates.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
