About the Company

7 Oaks Trek & Travels specializes in trekking adventures, Char Dham Yatra, hotel bookings, and customized tour packages across Uttarakhand and other destinations.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages, treks, and pilgrimage trips.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and customized travel packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer records, lead status, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and the operations team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive booking experience.

Required Skills




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in travel sales, tour packages, or hospitality sales.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work with sales targets.
- Knowledge of Uttarakhand destinations, treks, and Char Dham Yatra is an advantage.
