- Sales Support and Administration:Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients

- Coordinate and track sales orders, process sales documentation, and manage sales databases or CRM systems

- Customer Relationship Management:Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries
