1. Check order as per decided terms & condition
2. Prepare sales order & Inter/ Intra Office Memo as per Purchase Orders
3. Co-ordinate & follow up with warehouse for timely execution of orders
4. Inform dispatch instruction to the clients.
5. Prepare dispatch plan for the next week and submit it to the HoD.
6. Follow up with vendors in case if there is delay in delivery or for confirmation of delivery in time Preparation of documentation related to Sales Order
7. Preparation of rate sheet for each vendor
8. Giving updates to the SE/SO/ME /customer with respect to current status of the order

9. Memo of reservation
10. Status of the material.
11. Invoice generation within decided timeline
