Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain the companys products and generate customer interest.
- Invite interested customers for office visits, meetings, or site visits.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients for their visits.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries and visits.
- Maintain daily calling records, follow-up status, and appointment details.
- Update lead status and submit daily activity reports to management.
