Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, managing sales orders, maintaining sales records, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, delivery schedules, and payments.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and order tracking records.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team.




- Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and update records in Excel or ERP software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a B.Com or BBA will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and sales documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
