Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Administration:

-Process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and invoices in the CRM system accurately and promptly.

- Maintain and update customer records, sales leads, and pipeline databases.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, performance tracking metrics, and forecasts for management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics or supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Customer Communication Support:

- Act as the first point of contact for client queries regarding product details, order status, pricing, and deliveries.
- Handle incoming sales leads, triage requests, and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives.

-Resolve customer issues or elevate complex complaints to account managers. Sr. Management Support:

-Organize sales team meetings, schedule client presentations, and manage travel itineraries for Sr. Management.

-Help onboard current sales staff on internal CRM tools, administrative workflows, and sales documentation.

-Liaise with marketing, billing, and product teams to align promotional strategies and operational support.
