Luxon Tata is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Consultants / Sales Executives to join our automobile sales team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong interest in automobile sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.

- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and customer follow-ups.

- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Explain finance options, insurance, and registration procedures.

- Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.

- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales reports.

- Ensure a positive customer experience and achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.





- Experience in automobile sales or a related sales field is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

- Ability to work towards sales targets.

- A valid driving licence is preferred.
