Role Description The Sales Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with prospective students, partners, and institutional stakeholders. The Executive will conduct discovery calls, present LearningShala’s offerings, and follow up on leads to drive enrollments and revenue growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with counseling and marketing teams, and providing feedback to improve outreach strategies. The role also requires meeting defined sales targets, participating in events or webinars as needed, and consistently representing LearningShala’s trust-first, student-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, prospect, and convert opportunities.




- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship skills to nurture leads, manage ongoing accounts, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Relevant experience in sales, education services, EdTech, or counseling-driven businesses is beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, manage a structured sales pipeline, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with on-site work in Noida and flexibility to support occasional extended hours or events as required.
