- Identify and generate recent leads through calls, references, and field visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable financial/loan products
- Explain company services clearly and build strong client relationships
- Fix meetings with potential clients and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and status updates
- Assist clients in documentation and ensure timely submission
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Resolve client queries and provide proper guidance throughout the process
- Stay updated about loan products, interest rates, and market trends
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products when possible
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal team
