Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive who can identify potential customers, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, meetings, and other sales activities.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products, services, or initiatives.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales or partnerships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth business operations.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Languages: Hindi and basic English communication.
- Preferred Candidate: Energetic, confident, and willing to work towards sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
