Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Sales and Marketing Manager - India located in the HO Pune. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and generating sales leads.



The role will also involve providing training to the sales team and ensuring high levels of customer service to achieve sales targets.

The role also includes creation of Distributor and Dealers network pan India.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management methodologies
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the construction chemical industry is a plus
