We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to turn leads into revenue! ?

At 3D Karigar, we help interior designers, architects, builders and homeowners bring their creative visions to life through high-quality, affordable 3D interior visualisation.

We’re expanding our sales operations and looking for a proactive, result-oriented Sales Executive who can take ownership of our sales pipeline and help us grow our business across India.

? Role: Sales Executive

Your responsibilities

- Connect with incoming leads generated through Meta Ads and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp.
- Manage leads, quotations and the sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with interior designers, architects and builders.
- Work towards monthly revenue targets and improve conversion rates.

? Who are we looking for?




- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling sales calls and closing deals.
- A target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
- Experience in sales, telecalling or lead conversion is preferred.

? Compensation

Fixed salary: ₹40,000/month + performance-based incentives.
