PIKA Medical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sales Admin to join our energetic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Order Processing: Managing and processing sales orders, including order entry, verification, and coordination with various departments for fulfillment

Customer Support: Providing assistance and support to customers regarding inquiries, orders, and product information

Data Entry and Management: Accurately entering and maintaining customer and sales-related data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems or databases

Sales Reporting: Generating and analyzing sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to assist sales managers in making informed decisions

Documentation: Creating and maintaining sales-related documents, contracts, proposals, and presentations

Quotation Preparation: Assisting in preparing price quotes, proposals, and sales materials for potential customers
