- Handle inbound calls from customers in the US market.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical assistance.
- Provide technical services/support as required.
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and convert them into sales.
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication throughout the call.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer queries effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Candidate Eligibility
- Freshers can apply if they have excellent communication skills.
- Experienced candidates from international voice/sales/technical support processes are also welcome.
- Candidates must be comfortable handling US customers over the phone.
- 12th Pass, UG, and Graduates can apply.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + attractive incentives
- Salary will depend on the candidate's skills, communication ability, and relevant experience.
- 5-day working week
- Rotational week-offs
Transportation
- Female candidates: Cab facility available within Noida.
- Male candidates: No cab facility.
- Candidates should be comfortable managing their own transportation accordingly.
