JOB DETAILS

Key Responsibilities

Tele-Communication:

Handle all real-time incoming calls during shift hours.

Conduct first-level calls with recent leads from all lead generation platforms.

Follow up on missed calls and track the status until closure or drop.

Engage with current/past clients for cross-selling or up-selling of services.

Perform cold-calling activities to generate new leads.

Record all client interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Lead Management

Transfer high-value potential leads to the Center In-charge.

Collaborate with the Center In-charge for lead generation strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Follow up with leads from marketing camps or external events.

Documentation

Maintain up-to-date and accurate MIS reports.

Keep all lead-related information organized and updated in the system.

Team Collaboration & Support:





Promote retail products aligned with client treatment plans.

Coordinate with Center In-charge, dermatologists, cosmetologists, and other staff to deliver an integrated client experience.

Customer Experience Management

Build long-term relationships by ensuring a superior client experience.

Communicate pre- and post-visit with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Stay updated with beauty and skincare trends and share insights with clients.
