Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience administering or engineering SailPoint solutions.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, and/or IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
- Experience with:
- Access certifications and reviews
- Identity lifecycle management
- Provisioning and deprovisioning
- Role management
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Governance and compliance processes
- Hands-on experience integrating applications with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and cloud platforms.




- Experience working with REST APIs and web services.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- LDAP
- Okta
- CyberArk
- ServiceNow
- AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Java, Python, or BeanShell.
- Experience with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.
- SailPoint certifications are highly desirable.
